All program fees must be paid in full before services commence unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of your first session. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided on a prorated basis for unused sessions, minus a 20% administrative fee.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.
